This camera strap, constructed from PU leather, presents several durability concerns. The material is prone to deterioration, potentially compromising the strap's long-term aesthetic and functionality. Compared to top-rated alternatives on Amazon, this strap falls short in design and value. Its attachment mechanism using metal triangle holders with plastic guards makes camera mounting challenging and time-consuming. The lack of quick-release buckles further complicates rapid strap removal. While the strap feels sturdy initially, the PU leather exterior is likely to degrade over time. For photographers seeking reliable equipment, polyester or cotton canvas webbing straps offer superior durability and performance.

I really like this camera strap. The "leather" is not leather, but it does feel soft and supple. I actually like the feel of this strap better than the strap that originally came with my A6100. The size "small" strap, comes in at approx. 48" fully strapped. My strap came with the small triangle clips needed to connect to my camera strap hooks. Extra triangle clips cost a couple of dollars on their own, so I did appreciate them being included with this economical strap. There is always the question about the durability of the PU Leather, but straight out of the box, this strap is a winner. I hope it does hold up for a while because I do really like the feel of this strap.

I had a strap on my cameras for years. Each time the camera would wear out, I would move the old strap to the new camera. But, I finally wore out that strap. I use my camera a lot doing photography on a charter sailboat. I needed to replace the old one with something new and wanted a strap that would have great longevity. I do believe this one will. It is made of very stout leather - not uncomfortable but really sturdy. The stitching is really good and the webbing is quality. I have a feeling I will be using this for the next 20 years. For these reasons,I would definitely order this again.

**I have to give 3 stars unfortunately due to neck carry being majority of my product use here.I’m a college photographer juggling classes and shoots with my trusty (and heavy) Canon camera, and I wanted a classic leather strap that looked good and felt comfortable. This PU Leather Camera Strap definitely checks a lot of boxes—feels great in your hand, soft to the touch, and solid on the shoulder. The build quality is impressive, and even though it’s not real leather, it feels durable and well-made. I doubt it’ll fall apart anytime soon, unless you’re leaving it baking in the sun for years. Here’s the thing though—while it’s awesome for shoulder carry, it’s a bit too stiff for wearing around the neck. It doesn’t itch or irritate, but the edges just kinda dig into your skin, especially if you’re rocking a t-shirt. If you’ve got a collared shirt on, it’s not so bad, but with my heavy Canon camera hanging on it, the pressure is noticeable. It might break in over time and soften up, but I’m not about to rough up my neck in the meantime.Honestly, at this price, it’s still a great buy. If you’re mostly planning to wear it on your shoulder, or if you’re not rolling with a $3000+ camera, you probably won’t have the same issue. Plus, if the neck thing bothers you, you could always pick up one of those seatbelt cushion wraps and put it on the strap—it’d totally work.Since I need it primarily for neck carry (like 90% of the time), I’ll probably pass it on to a relative who doesn’t mind the shoulder use. But if you’re good with it being more of a shoulder strap or you’re willing to break it in, it’s a solid option that won’t let you down.

As someone who uses a camera casually for family trips, I’ve been on the lookout for a strap that’s both comfortable and stylish, and this Classic Leather Camera Strap definitely fits the bill! 📸First off, the comfort is amazing. The 1.75-inch width really helps distribute the weight of my camera, so even after taking photos for hours, I don’t feel any discomfort on my neck or shoulder. The soft padded backing ensures the strap doesn’t dig into my skin, making it perfect for long days out with the family. 🧳The leather looks great too! It’s soft, supple, and has a gorgeous medium brown color that pairs beautifully with my camera. I love that it will get even better with age as the leather develops a patina. ✨The installation was a bit tricky at first, mainly because the small plastic clips took some time to get on, but once they were in place, the strap felt very secure. Just a heads-up if you’re not a photographer, like me—it took a little patience to get it right! 😅For the price, this strap is a steal. It’s not super high-end, but it’s definitely quality and adds a touch of elegance to my camera setup without breaking the bank. Highly recommend this strap for anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish, and reliable option for casual camera use! 👍📸 Final Thoughts: Perfect for family trips and casual use—this camera strap is both practical and stylish! I’d give it a solid 5/5. 🙌

Great as a replacement strap for a camera. I did find difficulty with the hook attachment as the spring was loose on one and tight on the other. The fake leather used is not bad.

I was impressed with the quality of construction of this strap. The padding on the inside feels good, and stitching on the strap appears to be of high quality with no fraying. I prefer not to advertise my camera manufacturer and model on a strap, and this item will be a good substitute for an OEM strap. I ordered the small size for use with a fixed lens travel camera, but those with a heavy DSLR may want to use the medium or large sizes for better weight distribution. The nylon webbing appears to be of good quality, and there is enough length in the webbing to adjust the strap for use either on the neck or in a cross-body mode.I have some concern about the durability of PU (synthetic) leather compared to actual leather, but for the price I would still call this item a good value.
