Work as intended. Slept in tent with it around 35F, on low and battery bank lasted all night. I did try it on high and it wasn’t able to power it throughout the night. Of course I had blankets too, not just by itself. The con I have is when using it on air mattress, it’s a bit slippery so it bunches up. Maybe a Velcro can fix the issue?

I would like to return this as soon as possible. Only stays on for a few seconds. Terrible buy.

This pad was surprisingly warmer than expected! Temps outside of sleeping bag were 26! I stayed warm inside, dressed thickly and pad inside sleeping bag. Also adds a bit of padding. Downside, it really goes through the external chargers!

I was a little disappointed to receive an open item but opted to try it out since 18 degrees w/no heat sounded a little rough. Worked well as a sleeping bag warmer.

Upon first use of the Camping Heated Sleeping Bag Pad, the initial impression was positive. The packaging was straightforward, not particularly premium, but it did not feel cheap either. This product stands out with its USB-powered design, allowing for heating without the need for a wall socket. The ability to power it via a power bank is a clever feature, promoting portability and convenience for outdoor activities. The pad is constructed with a high-density microplush fabric which feels soft to the touch, combining comfort with efficient heat preservation. The durability is noted, with claims of withstanding over 50 machine wash cycles, which is impressive for such a product. In terms of user-friendliness, the three heat settings are easily adjustable, and the built-in overheat protection provides peace of mind. However, the absence of a power bank might be a slight inconvenience since it is necessary for operation.Performance-wise, the heated sleeping bag pad does its job well. It heats up relatively quickly and maintains a consistent temperature, which is essential in cold environments. However, without trying it in extremely cold conditions, it's hard to gauge its effectiveness in more severe climates. When compared to other heated sleeping pads, this one is unique due to its USB power source and portability. It's a convenient option for those who need a heating solution that is not stationary.Considering the price point, the pad seems to offer good value, especially if you already own a compatible power bank. It's a solid choice for campers and outdoor enthusiasts who want a bit of extra warmth without the need for traditional heating methods. The top positive aspects include its portability, comfort, ease of use, and the safety features. On the downside, the necessity of an external power bank, which is not included, could be seen as an inconvenience, and the actual warmth provided might not be sufficient for extremely low temperatures.Overall, I would recommend this product to those who frequently camp or engage in outdoor activities during cooler months. It seems ideally suited for users who prioritize convenience and portability in their outdoor gear. However, for those who venture into harsh winter conditions, it might be wise to seek a product with more robust heating capabilities.

Let me first start out by saying that the guys at this company are awesome!! Really!! I had an issue with the first mat that was sent out and these guys responded within 12 hours and I hadn't even tried to contact them. They were truly interested in correcting the problem as much as possible and also wanted to know what was happening.. We exchanged a number of mailings and I think we all now know what was wrong with the original. They also offered and sent out a replacement quickly. THAT is what makes a company great to deal with!!! That is why we get a warranty.. because things can and will go wrong.. Thankfully these guys took care of me.The product that I received was not the original dual zone mat because they were no longer in stock. To be honest, after seeing and using this one, a dual zone mat really would not be an advantage. The strips are placed about 10 inches apart and if there was a dual zone there would not be many strips on each zone. This way I get a constant and even heat. The first mat had only one temperature and no increase on medium or high. As a matter of fact, low was a couple degrees higher than medium and high, so there was a problem. The replacement, which works properly, has 3 different temperatures. Now, this mat does not go from 102*F to 131*F as described but it does heat from mid 80s to upper 90s. To be honest, I am thinking that any hotter would actually be uncomfortable. Low and medium are just right. I start it on high and then drop down to medium and then low if medium is too hot. There is a single button that will illuminate when activated. it will flash on High for 5 minutes and automatically drop to medium. If you press the button it will drop down to the next lower temperature. After one cycle through the temperatures, the high flashing stops and the mat will stay at that level. The button shows red for high, blue for medium and green for low. It is located on the underside so as not to be a bother when sleeping. The quality of material is a nice comfy flannel that is sewn nicely. It requires a battery that you supply and that battery must be capable of delivering 3 amps minimum. Since it is a USB device this thing will sip the energy and on one of my 300wh (296wh) solar generators shows that it will last for over 18 hours. Really!!! 18 hours!! I have run it for 10 hours and no longer but there was still plenty of power left.It includes the mat, a stuff sack that will actually fit the mat if you roll it up tightly and a smaller sack for one of those small pocket sized batteries.Bottom line here is that you can purchase with confidence that the company will stand behind their product.

I tried it on my 10,000 mah power pack and it worked pretty well. Not sure how long it would last on a lower sized power bank. It lasted as long as I wanted to try it out though. I bought this to go on my office chair when it gets colder here. I wouldn't recommend plugging it into your computer at all, it does need a good power bank to work or maybe plugging it in, but I did not try that. The heating coils are widely spaced and don't feel like they heat as well as a heated blanket or throw would. I definitely would not use this and sleep on it or fall asleep on it. I would use it to get warmed up then turn it off. Overall it works but could use a few design tweeks.
