I ordered two camping mugs for my daughter's bridal shower, at two separate times. The 2nd mug had a different font then the first. I messaged the seller and without realizing it, they created a new mug (it is perfect) and sent it, along with a hand written note.Apologizing and congratulating my daughter and her fiancée. That's how you keep customers for life!

My biggest disappointment was that the lettering was extremely small and hard to read.Mug is otherwise good but received ONLY ONE when the box said TWO. I was in a time crunch to present it to someone before they left so I had no choice to return plus it is custom made so…

This mug is very light and big, you can put other things in it when you are going camping. It’s laser engraved and nicely brushed. It does look like a quality product and I love the whole idea that you can make that mug a little more special and personal.
