Love this brand, decided to try the gel. Super soft/supportive/flexible of all structures for those of us with a bit of a curve without looking like a diaper. Good compression to key muscles. Wicks moisture away quickly and have become my favorite pair.

Worthless, I expected something functional from Canari. The gel part isn't even on the sit bones and the rest of the padding is so thin you may as well ride in your jeans. Zero compression too.

These are okay, under other shirts or pants... They are effectively see-though.I bought them to use as shorts in their own and was disappointed.

These shorts are lightweight and well padded with a "micro-encapsulated silicon gel" that feels like memory foam but firmer. They are definitely made for women as the sides have an arched insert instead of a straight seam for women with curves!

I chose these shorts after reading many reviews on a few different ones. All of the reviews for this product were very helpful. I am 5' 1" and weight 120 lbs and bought the small size. This is the first pair of cycling shorts I have ever worn. They fit me well. There is elastic around the bottom that prevent the shorts from riding up which is great. The elastic does dig into your skin after awhile but that is expected. The padding really helped with the discomfort that occurs from riding for a few hours straight. Of course there is still discomfort but you have to earn your time. The padding is not too obnoxious. I went to a restaurant during my ride and didn't feel like everything was sticking out. I have only washed them 2x on gentle cycle and hung them to dry. So far everything is holding up. For the price point, these shorts are a good purchase.

OK, so maybe they do feel like a diaper when I put them on, but I'm giving them 5 stars anyway. On a familiar 10 mile route, there is a stretch of awful pavement around mile 8 that I always have to stand during and slow down due to discomfort on the saddle after that period of time. My first time out in these bike shorts, I traveled that same stretch of road after 40 previous miles instead of just 8 and was as comfortable as if I was riding my first few miles. These shorts are fabulous!!I was afraid to buy gel shorts because I had heard they are too hot. I didn't experience that at all with these shorts. The fit was great. I am 5'8" and let's just say I am a curvy girl. The XL fit comfortably and did not cut across my leg at the elastic line nor does the material stretch to see through status.I do not normally leave reviews, but I felt the need to with these shorts. I am riding the MS150 for the first time in a few weeks and needed a pair to help keep me comfortable for 12 hours of biking. I definitely found it in these shorts.

I am a Spin instructor and really like the fit and comfort of these shorts. I already have a second pair on order. I have to agree the leg band could be a little looser and not crazy about the drawstring on the waist. The padding is what makes this short great. Not bulky feeling or looking, I like the padding goes down the sides a little way. I have bike shorts from Mad Dogg and they are not as comfortable as these shorts.

I bought these for me wife. The shorts fit as expected. True to size.I already own 2 pairs of these shorts for myself so i knew what i was ordering.PROS: Drawstring in the waistband.Strong leg grippers (rubber not silicone).Great padding in just the right amount and place.CON:One of my shorts padding came undone and now bunches up on other panels. The other pair thoughis fine so it might of been me or just a defective unit.

Let me start off by saying I ride a road bike. I only ride on the weekends, but when I do it's usually a ride of anywhere from 20 to 40 miles a day. I have been biking consistently for the last year, I don't ride in races, but I do like to ride at a good, fast pace. I always wear padded shorts when I ride. These shorts are well made, with great quality. They have a drawstring waist, along with elastic, which is a little different for me, but I have no problem with that. I really like the concept of the gel padding in these shorts. When you put them on they feel wonderful! the gel padding fits nicely and I didn't feel like I was wearing a huge maxi-pad between my legs (excuse the graphic description, but you girls know what I mean!) The fabric is soft and smooth and the grip on the legs ensures that the shorts stay put during riding and won't sneak up your legs. They are not too long, but just long enough so there's no chaffing of my leg against the saddle when I ride. However, I also have the , and they are much more comfortable on long rides. Perhaps I just need time to get used to it, but I've worn these shorts now on two (2) 30-40 mile rides and both times I had to reposition myself to get comfortable after about 15 miles into the ride. With the other shorts, I've never had that problem. Still, I"m not in complete pain while riding with these and after the ride I also am not in pain, either. It's just those moments when I'm in the saddle that I get uncomfortable.Still, I do still like these shorts, although for my longer rides I'll stick to the Aero Tech shorts.
