This is a very nice set and it can do what you need but the clippers for the wick cutter are a bit dull and don't cut unless you twist the wick. For the price not bad but just wish the wick scissors were stronger.

This is a nice giftable boxed set. Customer service was exceptional. One of the kits was missing 1 piece of the 3. A full kit was immediately shipped back out to me to replace the missing piece. All items were received mush faster than the estimated delivery time. I need to add this was during the Christmas rush.

The quality of metal and finish is nice, I haven't noticed any scorch marks (having the black helps). I like it more than I thought I was going to.I didn't realize how nice the scissors would be until I used them; I don't have to worry about reaching into tall candles, and the design makes it so the wick won't fall into the wax.I was skeptical at the "wick dipper" at first, but I've found a variety of uses for it. The slightly curved end of the handle works well as a scraper for my wax warmer.I love the snuffer of course, it is my favorite and most-offten used piece in the whole set.
