I want to start by saying this is a very high quality bidet/smart toilet. It's heavy (almost 100lbs) and comes with what you need to install it. The smart toilet is full-featured, with heated seat, customizable temperatures (for seat, water, and air dry), and a lot more. It looks great and does exactly what it's supposed to do. The instructions are clear, so it's not at all confusing to install. Having said that ...... it's a royal pain the backside to install this bidet/smart toilet! Okay, it's not really that hard, but it's more difficult than I liked. The main difficulty is working virtually blind to get the screws into the plastic holders to anchor the toilet once it's all in place. You hope it's all lined up, but if it's not, you have to keep fiddling to make sure the screws find their purchase. And I am not sure I like the fact that all that's really anchoring this toilet in place is these two, thin screws which seem barely long enough to reach the plastic bits they are to bite into. I mean, I like the smooth, sleek aesthetic of the toilet, but I'd much rather they had designed this toilet to have a more traditional means of anchoring it down. The remote is very nice and there are several things you can program to customize how your toilet works. You can turn on/off things like sound (the toilet, by default, beeps with certain actions), turn on/off auto-flushing, turn on/off the lid auto-opening when you get near the toilet, and more. And, of course, you can control the temperature of the water, seat, and air (as previously stated). One word of warning - the shut-off valve should connect to a copper pipe coming from the wall. If you're is PEX or PVC, then it won't seal and leak. In this case, you'll need some additional hardware to connect the shut-off valve. Fortunately, what you'd need is cheap and someone at a plumbing supply store should be able to help you with this.Overall, we love the toilet and are happy to have it. Just be warned, if you're going to install this yourself (and you're not a plumber), it's a bit more of a pain than the installation video makes it out to be. However, this toilet is worth it, imo.

This is our third bidet toilet and it is great. Even has a flush option without sitting on toilet. It is practically self cleaning and it self cleans the sprayer too. Only drawback if water pressure is a little low compare toOthers. Beautiful appearance.
