These make your arch look so good and they are the perfect color--not too pink and not too white. I have been wearing them for the past 5 years and I have been able to find another pair that does my foot as much justice. These are also very comfortable and does not feel weird. They also shape to your foot nicely.

My dancer wears sz 9 women's in street shoes, we ordered sz 12w in the Hanami ballet shoe from Capezio and they fit perfectly! Also, they arrived 2 days early. Thank you for speedy service!

Great quality as all capezio items but they run very small. Bought for my daughter that uses a normal size 6 shoe and this one fit extremely snug.

These Capezio women's hanami ballet flats are awesome slippers/shoes. They last a long time, are very sturdy and look great. After trying several other brands we've found this to be the best fit and quality for a ballet flat. Definitely worth the price! I'd recommend these flats to my friends and family.

These are my ballerina's FAVORITE ballet shoe by far. They fit the foot well and provide a snug, but flexible fit that most teen dancers prefer. She "feels the floor" better than leather shoes and the crossed elastic provide a secure fit. Basically, she loves them more than any other shoe!!BUT (and this is a major BUT), you have to know how to size them. These are NOT STREET SHOE SIZES! My daughter wears a 8.5-9 in street shoes and she wears a 10.5 in Hanami ballet shoes. We thankfully knew this the first time we bought (I think by checking out the Capezio's website sizing chart) and ordered accordingly. One final caveat. These are NOT leather or thick canvas. They stretch and are thinner (but double layered). My daughter dances 4-5 days a week for 2-3 hours per day and after 6 months, she usually needs a new pair. I am fine with that because I want her to have a good, comfortable shoe, but they are not as durable as leather and usually by the end of the dancing semester, she has made a hole in the outer layer of fabric (this is our clue to get a new pair). If durability and cost-cutting is your number one factor, you may want to opt for a leather shoe.

terrible shoe. i ordered size 12 they were too small. ordered 13 way too big. I returned the first one was charged for return . I was hoping size 13 will be perfect but no they are way too big. my street shoe size is 10.the other thing I didnt like is a fabric. I will be going back to a canvas shoes. I wanted to try this one, but I find out the shoes are too sticky on a dance floor. Its my preference though.

I was able to try on ballet shoes at a local dance store. So when I ordered these, I already knew they would fit since I was ordering the exact same brand and size. They fit true to size for me. I wear a womens street shoe size 9.5 and I am 9.5M in these. But I know my feet have always been very average. Not too wide, not too narrow, just generic and average. I will always recommend going to a local store at first, if just to try on shoes, before purchasing online, especially if you're afraid you DON'T have stereotypical average feet.My only other advice, if you've never purchased ballet shoes before, is do not expect them to be loose in any way. Don't think of them as "shoes". Think of them as "socks". They're going to fit your feet very snug like a sock would. It shouldn't be painfully tight, but they will be very snug. And they will loosen up some over time as you dance in them. Mine start out "very snug" and eventually end up as "kinda snug" from being so stretched out after months and months of dance in them. I never wash them, so they last as long as possible and never shrink.

"Somewhat small" but if you're familiar with ballet slipper sizing, this will not come as a shock. (I wear a street shoe size 10 ladies and have been professionally fitted for these in a size 12.5M) This is the ONLY model of ballet slippers I now wear, having been fitted and purchased my first pair of Hanamis over two years ago. I have them in all colours, with pairs to spare. They fit like a second skin, and have the PERFECT stretch. They also make your feet look great as you dance. A+++
