This simple cover is just what I needed! It fits perfectly over the armrest of a Nissan Rogue, which was starting to look a bit worse for wear from the claws of my 150 pound dog, who likes to climb over the console to go from the back seat to the front seat when the car is parked. (Of course I wish I had bought this BEFORE the armrest got scratched up, but hindsight is 20/20!)The cover is quite well made - better than I was expecting for the price, actually. The quilted top has quality stitching, and has a substantial squishy, cushion-y feeling despite being so thin and low profile. The smooth black material nicely matches the car's original black leather upholstery. It is held in place with two strong elastic bands, which don't seem to affect the opening/closing of the console lid whatsoever, and keeps it from sliding around.The side flaps feature a little pocket that doesn't really seem to serve any significant purpose, although maybe I'm just not seeing it. The flaps do help to keep the cover securely in place, which is nice. They don't interfere with the opening and closing of the console lid as long as the seats are far enough back (about midway or further back)...however if the seats are positioned extremely close to the front of the car, they do kind of wedge in between the seat and the console, making it a little difficult to open the lid smoothly. Just FYI.This cover is a must if you have destructive dogs and/or kids, or any kind of active lifestyle. Such a simple, low cost way to save your car's interior, you can't go wrong.

I got this in gray for a 2017 Ford Escape. It fits nicely over the armrest. The elastic straps stretched easily to fit in place, snug but not so tight that it's difficult to close the console lid. The flaps look good, draped over each side. The material feels soft and durable at the same time. I am very satisfied!
