Bought a 2 pack to give one to my dad and one to dad-in-law. My dad is unstable but still gets around okay. He loved it - said it helped a lot getting into and out of the car. No more depending on the door that could close on him or just falling into drivers seat when getting in. My FIL has onset dementia. He can't hardly get around, lift his legs, and getting into/out of car is "a process". He seemed to like being able to use his arms more to stabilize him when getting in/out of the vehicle. For us, it was easier since he could stablize better with it. I hope both of them continue to use and get benefit from it.

It's pretty much impossible for me to test this tool's ability to break a car's glass window or to even cut the seatbelt. But as a doorhandle, it works perfectly,
