Use Steps
Step 1
Pull top tether of car seat through luggage handle and attach it to Vertical D ring of car seat strap.
Step 2
Take one end of the belt and feed through the side of car seat to the other end.
Step 3
Pull Strap through the other end just like when securing via seatbelt in your automobile.
Step 4
Connect both end of the belt and pull strap to tighten.

This was an absolute lifesaver, traveling in the airport by myself with a two-year-old and having to lug suitcases stroller and her car seat you just strap the car seat to your luggage using the strap honestly, the best invention ever
