Small light that helps.

The fit and finish isn't great. It looks handmade but not in a good craftsman sort of way. The plastic is dull like it was sanded and not polished. It does seem to work well on our dash. It's been working for 1 month so far.

I think it will do the trick, but the description said it has a USB charging port... it does not have a USB charging port. Hopefully it will get enough sun to stay charged.

I got this light for my truck and since there's no extra parking space at our complex I park my truck in the street so had to think of something like this just to keep it safe and saw the alarm light first thing got it in the mail plucked it on the dashboard above the radio went to work and from my work area I could see the flashing light was amazed and surprised on how bright and noticable the little light puts out it's like the real thing one of my friends at work even asked me"Did you get an alarm for your truck? I was like sure did finally didn't tell him what it was but made me feel good that somebody else noticed it so I give it a thumbs up

At first I was really pleased although it cost almost as much to ship as the product itself. Even though my car is equipped with an alarm system I wanted the extra benefit of the flashing light, and it worked perfectly as indicated....for 21 days. I live in the Southern California desert and being placed on my dash it got plenty of sunshine but after 3 weeks it won’t respond...my opinion, save your money.

I’ve had one for about a month, now. However, I have noticed the battery does not really last too long anymore. It was a shame cause it’s a great little device that’s easy and effective. These days, the battery life lasts around 2-3 hours at night, after being in the sun all day.

Was skeptical, because of price. Mounts easily with double face tape as supplied (pre-attached to bottom). Was concerned about automatic on/off, based daylight sensor, and automatic on/off, but after a week, works great! Bought red light version for visibility, vs. blue option.Only ‘concern’ is the actual on/off manual switch is tiny and hard to access (very discrete), and needs to be off if driving at night (duh...), so need to keep long pin handy to access switch for those occasions.Otherwise, lives up to its expectations. Would recommend to others, especially for the price.

Update...I was contacted by the wholesale company and offered a replacement for the broken one I originally received. They sent 2 replacements and I've had over a week to try them out. Both of them seem to be working great and just as they are intended to. I wasn't happy with the original, but I am with the replacement. If you buy one and it doesn't work just contact the original seller and they will send you one that does.Stopped working after a couple days. The light isn't bright at all and couldn't see it from more than a couple feet away. It definitely wasn't worth the $8 I spent on it

These little fake alarm lights are incredible. I have bought similar ones that died within two or three days. I've had these on my motorcycle for over two weeks now in very low or no sunlight and they are still blinking. The on and off switch is very small but it makes sense to just leave it on all of the time. If the battery runs out, just expose them to sunlight for a few hours or more and the life comes right back to them. I put one on my handlebar and one on my rear fender so now it looks like the bike has an alarm system. Really clever little item. I'm gonna buy five or six more of them for around the house.

This is a simple product that does exactly what it's supposed to do: It simply blinks red. It's a wonderful deterrent for those who may not be so inclined to obey the biblical command, Thou shall not steal. This unit is solar powered, and only comes on when it gets dark. To test the unit you can simply put three fingers over the top of it, and it should start blinking right away. Make sure the unit is on when you do this. I did not realize this when it first arrived, and thought it was broken. One tip, keep this device in the middle of your dashboard. It will blink at night while you drive, and it's too much of a pain to try and turn it off every time you drive at night. If you keep it in the middle of your dashboard, it will be highly visible to the baddies, and the reflection on the windshield will not be hitting you in your face.Highly valuable and highly recommended.

This is a tiny light with a tiny on-off switch. It has a sticky back. Designed to be stuck to the dashboard, where the solar panel can receive some light. The LED would be too distracting at night for me, so I stuck it to a visor, which then has stay down (not the normal position.) The sticky tape did not work so well, so it kept on falling off. The biggest problem, imo, is that the blink rate is too slow, with something like 10 second pauses.UPDATE: No longer works.
