- Please check whether TT handlebar extender accessories are complete.
- When assembling triathlon bike handlebar,for cycling riding more comfortable,please make sure the 31.8mm part width of the handlebar more than 100mm,The width of the center must be confirmed to be able to lock the product properly, and manually install it with hexagonal wrench.
- When installing the bicycle rest bar,please use the torque(recommended best torque 4 Nm) reasonably and install it manually.
- Please go to a standard bicycle shop for assembly and maintenance.
- You can put carbon fiber assembly paste on 31.8 raod bike handlebar to ensure a tight fit with little chance of slipping and torque to 4 Nm equally in a cross pattern,be careful not to overtighten your fittings.

- The main function of the TT rest bar is to reduce the wind resistance on the road,other hand,the upper body of the cycling rider can be well supported, thereby improve the cruising ability on the flat road,make it easier and more comfortable for the rider to ride long distances.
- Someone use the triathlon bike handleba for the first time and change the riding position.maybe not used to it at first.You can adjust the seat cushion to move forward by 1~2cm or shorten the stem.Adjust the width of the rest bar.You can try various widths to take into account the comfort and control.

Nicely made. Easy installation. I especially like the holes for cable routing if you’re using bar-end shifters.Check back in later for a long-term follow up.NOTE: It’s probably best if you have your bike upside down when installing these. It takes repetitively dropping the bolts off the table. Trust me.:-)
