Retail packaging was cut; inserts were loose in the shipping packaging. Ordered a 12-pack as advertised, only 10 arrived. Waited over a week for these, but now have to wait for a replacement to arrive and send back the incomplete pack.

Inserts fit the arrows I bought for my son, but they was only 10 in package instead of 12. Not too pleased...
