Our aerobic exercise ball is made of quality PVC plastic, strong, flexible, and burst-resistant, which has been tested to withstand loads up to 200kg/440 pounds.
Sticks are a nice size and weight(3.2oz) for cardio drumming, helping you add aerobic fitness to your workout routine.
Why is Cardio Drumming so effective?
Cardio drumming works well in two ways. Firstly, it is fun, so you forget that you are exercising and focus on getting the beat and the movements right - an hour can fly by and you will be drenched with sweat and enlivened, instead of clock-watching as you drag yourself onto the treadmill or spinning bike!
