Motion sensor loses connection to the module and beeps every 20 seconds, the unit locks up and have to pull the fuse to restart it quite a bit. Junk product

It works great when it works. One quick push extends the awning and rolls back to a user adjustable amount so the flap is in the correct position. Controls the light and it's brightness. The bad, it almost daily, stops responding including the manual buttons and the only way to wake it up it's to pull the fuse. It's frustrating because I bought the awning sensor to save my awning in a wind storm and it's clearly not going to do that when it's locked up. I can also confirm the beeping every 45sec. It's indicating that awning sensor's battery is low, but there's no way to silence it other than to change the battery.

Do not know how anyone can say "easy to install". Took me all day and had to modify placement of control in my motorhome, so I cannot take it out. Can extend and retract on my cell, but rarely connects to the sensor. When I say rarely I mean almost never. Now I cannot leave the awning switch on due to the motor transmitting a loud beep every 45 seconds or so. Forget any help from Carefree of Colorado. They will just ignore request for assistance. They know their canopy's are a POS.

We have this on our rv and it is absolute junk. The motors never work at the proper speed and the system constantly beeps even after changing the batteries. Replacement modules do the same thing. Avoid this company at all costs.
