The quality of the retractable trunk cover is better than I expected, however, the extra pouches are not leather as stated in the headline. They are the same material as the rest of the cover. The cover is well stitched and made of heavy material. It is easy to install the cover part and will hide your items well. The rod that goes behind your seats is a spring tension rod (not "elastic"). The no-gap feature works well to give extra visual protection but is a nuisance if you fold your seats down frequently and is not simple to install or remove to fold your seats down. You have to slip your fingers under each headrest to push the release button to raise them, then clip or unclip the belt hooks on the cover from each headrest, depending on if you are installing or removing it. If you try to lower the seats without doing all this, you will pull off the no-gap flap with the extra pockets, but the bulk of the cover will still work. I left mine this way. However, if you are not going to lower your seats often, I think you'll be happy with this replacement as is.
