Looks like crushed coral with Aragonite. Does the job for buffering PH but also gets cloudy water

you must wash thru a window screen .a lot to remove the fine powder .or fish tank will look like a glass of milk

Really nice substrate. Yeah it's dusty and needs rinsed a bunch but it's lovely natural material and looks white with my white oolitic sand

A handful in each aquarium stabilized my pH levels to about 7.5. I used an empty filter insert and placed them inside the filters. The water had little to no cloudiness for up to 30 minutes. My tanks are all overstocked and low PH used to be a weekly issue. Now it's no longer an issue.

Very authentically pleasing and my fish definitely seemed to like them as well. Put a bit into my cichlid tank and they used these to build themselves a little structure when hiding their eggs

I use this to increase ph and mineral content of my tanks. Put in dollar store nylons and sit in the tanks, then take out a week or so later. works well.
