Installed this in my travel trailer to power the 120v outlets. One set of terminals goes to shore power, the opposite set Go to the inverter, and center set goes to the outlets. The control terminals go to the shore power incoming AC. This way, when you plug in, the inverter is automatically disconnected from the circuit. This was so the operator would not have to remember to switch over manually. It works great over the past 3 weeks of off grid RV'ing.

Warning! This is only a 3 Amp relay in the NO (normally open) position, NOT 30A.

works fine for my application, to flip the AC and inverter power to my transfer switch, setup to drain the battery, so I can use grid as my back up.
