I recently purchased a wireless CarPlay adapter in hopes of upgrading my car's infotainment system, but unfortunately, my experience with this product was nothing short of disappointing. Despite my best efforts, I couldn't get the adapter to work in my car, leading to a frustrating and ultimately unsuccessful attempt at installation. The lack of clear instructions was a major drawback with this product. Even after watching instructional videos and scouring the web for troubleshooting tips, I was unable to establish a connection between the adapter and my car's system. The vague and insufficient instructions provided with the product left me feeling lost and unsure of how to proceed, ultimately leading to a dead end in my attempts to set it up.I wish the manufacturer had provided more detailed and user-friendly instructions on how to connect the adapter. Clear, step-by-step guidance would have been immensely helpful in navigating the installation process and troubleshooting any potential issues that arose. Without this essential information, my experience with the adapter was riddled with confusion and frustration. In the end, I'm left uncertain whether the problem lies with the adapter itself or with my understanding of how to set it up. Regardless, the fact remains that the wireless CarPlay adapter simply did not work in my car, leaving me with a sense of disappointment and wasted effort. It's a shame that what seemed like a promising upgrade turned out to be a frustrating and unproductive endeavor.Overall, I cannot recommend this wireless CarPlay adapter based on my experience. Without adequate instructions and a failure to establish a connection, my attempt to enhance my car's infotainment system was met with confusion and disappointment. This product may work for some, but for me, it was a regrettable purchase that failed to deliver on its promises.

I enjoy the easy setup however, there is a bit of a lag when you are trying to skip songs. Besides that, really good product. I have been using it and don't regret it.

I like that it was simple to install and connects my phone to the car reliably. The only downside I have experienced is that it sometimes connects even when I am not in my car.

If you already have android auto:Don't get it. You're not going to be able to watch Netflix/Plex/Youtube in park (or whatever else you want that xyz influencer likely told you you could do) with it. In hindsight, it's a good security feature to prevent people doing it while driving, but if you saw a video where this was possible that was likely a cracked phone and infotainment system. A random device isn't going to do that for you. If it goes badly, you'd also void your warranties, so I'd get a portable dvd player and cut your losses. If you have an older vehicle without android auto:This will likely let you do what android auto does in newer vehicles. It did however freeze my screen a bit and I had to turn off/on the car a few times to regain control of the touch screen. If this happens to you i'd unplug, turn off your vehicle, open the door, close it, and wait 5-ish mins to try again. I haven't used this on an older infotainment system so I can't swear by it, but I did manage to get it to do android auto without connecting android auto the normal way, so it at least had the capacity to do that. I'd imagine it would be good to use if you have an issue connecting to android auto normally as well. (Though you could try just swapping out the usb/c-type cords for the manufacturer ones first before buying this)
