We bought this last September to house our boat. We laid pallets on the ground and installed a plywood floor over the pallets to reinforce the carport and make a solid floor. It looked great. We have not had any heavy snow and always keep it clean. As of a week ago, the canopy roof started tearing at the seams for no obvious reason. I was very disappointed and contacted the seller through here. They responded to me the same day and are sending me a replacement canopy. I am very impressed with how quickly they contacted me and offered to fix the issue. The unit itself is quite solid although I wish the canopy was made with heavier material. Hopefully, the replacement canopy will last longer this next time.

I bought this a few months ago and it has been great. Just the other day I noticed that it was starting to tear on the apex in the front. I decided to contact the seller to let them know and see if there was any kind of warranty for that. They replied within a couple of hours informing me that they had shipped me a new roof and they had a tracking number for me. Needless to say I am impressed with the customer service!

I purchased this item in December of 2022 to use for storage of a couple of jet skis, furniture and personal items. I didn’t put it up until April of 2023 because of all the rain we were having last winter. In early October I got a call from my neighbor that the top of the tent split completely down the middle and ripped apart. I also noticed after inspecting the unit that the back rollup door zipper was starting to separate from where it was sewn in. I also noticed that on one of the long sides, the Velcro straps that are used to attach the sides to the poles, the stitching was starting to separate also. I contacted the seller and they agreed to replace the three pieces (the top, the back zippered door and one of the sides). I asked if I was going to get a one year warranty for the three pieces that they were replacing. Their response was that the unit comes with one year warranty and I was not going to get a new warranty for the whole thing. I responded that I didn’t want a complete new warranty on everything. I just wanted a one year warranty for the three pieces of tent they were willing to replace. In reality the unit only lasted 7 months from the time I put it up until the top ripped. The unit is made out of poor material which doesn’t even last the lifetime of the warranty and the seller does not stand behind the product. I do not recommend purchasing this item. They will not even give you the customer support phone number!

This carport is awesome. =easy to install BUT had to do twice because the inside looks like the outside and it does make a difference once you get to the corners for the exits -"the ends". love it. COMPANY needs to put stickers "inside" "outside"

When I contacted Lucky Star Patio, they asked for pictures of the ripped canopy and sent me another one right away. I'm a very satisfied customer. Thank you Amazon. I felt like i was covered the whole way. And thank you Lucky Star for being so responsive.

Purchased this structure at last minute, luckily it arrived on time, when they told me it would. It is a good structure. And I have had alot of these that are just crap, cheap metal poles, attachments crap. This one is good solid poles, sturdy pvc walls/roof, good attachments, etc. I like that it has windows to look out of as we used it for a drum tent with a powwow drum and 10 drummers. If you know what your doing it goes up easy. I always by and put hurricane straps on these things with rebar tent posts. Its a great rpice as these things have been climbing up in price over the last 3-4 years. Use to be able to get them at costco for $180, gone are those days

We are pretty impressed with this carport so far. We are using it to park my pickup truck and store some equipment.Assembly was a breeze. Took both me and my wife about 45 mins to put it together. She read the paper instructions on the side and bossed me around until it was done. Building the frame was really easy with those click-in mechanisms. The elastic ball-straps worked as intended and the canopy fits like a glove. Instruction video is straightforward and simple to follow. I watched it twice before I started because that certainly helped a lot! A storm came through last night and it held its own. But if any large hurricane comes this way, I can easily take the canopy off.Worth every penny! Great product.
