Toilet is a great design very modern. But for the price the seat could be porcelin not hollow plastic. When sitting on it, the seat mashes down over the rim and im sure will break sooner than later. Needs upgraded. Would pay more for a porcelin seat.

This is a really beautiful toilet that was installed in our guest bathroom, unfortunately it’s ALWAYS getting clogged, the space inside the toilet is quite small, we also got a plumber that said something about how low the flushing pressure is (from the manufacturer)We have another type of Swiss Madison toilet that’s a million times better than this.Counting this purchase as a big loss, I’ll have to replace the entire thing 😞

I feel like a Kardashian!! I'm sure they have awesome toilets too. soft easy close lid. two choices to flush, one for #1 and one for #2. gorgeous upgrade to my bathroom. I love my new toilet!

I bought 4 while I was fixing my bathrooms and I didn't return them because I really like them aesthetically, but we had to fix all 4 because the water was constantly coming out. Apparently they have a defect that they all leak through the same place under the base, where the material from which they are made to be built is supposedly filled. It was hard to find where it was until we decided to pour water on it and put them up on 2 chairs to watch them.

Great looking toilet and super easy to install. The touchless feature is awesome since you can do a courtesy flush without having to find the lever behind you. Just wave your hand on top of the tank and voila. Seat and cover, as opposed to other comments, feel fine to me.

I just got this toilet installed. Installation was relatively easy and it arrived in one piece. I was concerned after after having read so many reviews of Swiss Madisson arriving broken. This was not the case.The design is very nice. It's a great choice for a small modern bathroom. Flushing works just great so far and cleaning seems like it will be easy. I like the flush mechanism style and with dual flush I feel we'll save on water usage which is great! It fills up quickly. Use less water and style flush well.The quality of the ceramic is quite decent. Comfort will need some getting use to as the opening is large. But it's okay. Not for you if you like to spend hours on the toilet...Now where I was a bit disappointed was the seat and lid quality. It feels very cheap plastique, flex a bit in the middle, and don't have a lot of rigidity. I think it's okay for a guest toilet and someone not too heavy. I would have paid easily $50 more to get a much better quality seat and lid on this toilet. The slow close isn't that good. The seat falls down okay, but the lid is super slow to close off. And last the alignment of the seat post aren't great at all and I'm not too sure of the longevity of the seat connector pieces which feels a tad cheap as well. I haven't quite figure out how to place the seat just right to align with the bowl. It's a hair annoying. I'll work on it some more I presume. Overall It's still a very nice toilet that performs well and has the very nice modern style to it.I don't regret the purchase. I just wish the quality of the lid, seat, and connections had been a lot better...For the cost it's a decent toilet. Just up the quality of the seat please! If it wasn't for the fact that it is just what we needed for that small bathroom, I might have been closer to 3.5 stars than 4.
