My son is barely a 5T, only 40lbs and small stature. The sleeves on these shirts are super tight and uncomfortable. Carters is usually a good quality, but they missed the mark on sizing. Probably ok for a 4T, but definitely not for a 5T. The neck area fits a little weird, length was normal but arms have zero stretch. Could have been used as a good undershirt if the arms fit better. Definitely returning them.

I had previously bought a different brand from Walmart and loved the quality. Unfortunately they didn't have another one in the same size so I figured I would ry the Carters brand. I can not believe the difference in sizes and thickness. This was a very thin shirt. The front of the tshirt is also shorter than the back. You can see in the picture that it is much smaller even though both shirts are a size 6/7. I am going to use it for my 4 year old but not happy as I needed it to make a school shirt for my older son.

I really like these shirt, I washed them before my toddler wore them and they didn’t shrink. However, the grey shirts’ collar got deformed when it went through the wash, the white one stayed the same. I like how the sleeves have the “collar” type material around the sleeves to help keep the form of the shirt for longer.

These have good stretch to them and are the fit and quality we’ve come to e levy from this brand. A great wardrobe staple for layering.

I actually ordered this for my little girl who will be 3 on Jan 1. She is skinny but has long legs, and 3T shirts and dresses are often too short on her. So I decided to order her the boys' shirts, they are usually thicker and of better quality than the girls'. I'm so happy I did! As a New York City stay at home mom (which is a misnomer -- we're never at home), dressing my kid in late fall and winter can get very stressful with the rapidly decreasing temperatures. I go crazy staying inside so I try to take my kid outside every day no matter what. These shirts are a great base layer for my active girl who asks to go to the playground when it's 20 degrees out. I'm so happy with my purchase I'm buying more right now.
