Dough sticks a lot. Have to keep pounding it on the table to release the dough.

This Carved Round Wooden Middle Eastern Mold Press arrived packaged well and in perfect condition. We ordered this item thinking it would be a fun cookie making experience and it was. We made peanut butter cookies and experimented with the mold. We did learn to prevent the dough from sticking by putting a small amount of flour in the mold but just a light coating. This makes it easier to get the cookie out of the mold. This item worked well and made very good looking cookies.

Good quality wood and decent design. I can’t wait to make cookies with it. I tried some of the sweet desserts, came out great. One thing we need to grease it before use to get the extra design on it.
