Cotton Fiber
Cotton fibers are attached to the seeds inside the ‘boll’ of the plant. Inside this boll there are about six seeds- and roughly 20,000 fibers attached to each seed! The length of these fibers (also referred to as ‘staples’) is the most important factor that defines the quality of the cotton.
Generally, the longer the fiber, the higher the quality of the cotton. Staple lengths are categorised into short, medium, and long. High quality Egyptian cotton is often defined as ELS- extra-long staple cotton.

Picture of item in the ad for the pillow shams was not the same as described. The description of the color they got right but I need more silver like the picture of this item listed as my head board is great. Also item is not pretty as shown it's very matte colored. Not the look I was going for. Very deceiving

I absolutely love these euro pillow shams. The colors are a light blue and sea foam green. They are super soft and it was very easy to put the inserts into them.

Purchased as a part of our guest room update. The shams are very nicely made and I loved the constrast colors around the edge. The only comment I would share is that these are an ivory color and I decided to return for a sham that was white.

Amazon really cut corners on this one - literally. See the beautiful shading outlines you expect to on the borders? Well, you won't see them bc they did not tightly thread the border (if at all?) So the borders just fall over. You won't see those pretty outlines at all. Looks sloppy. I'll be shopping for a better replacement
