These are excellent organizers for students. They can put them in a binder, or just carry as-is in a backpack. All other accordion files are very bulky and hard to fit in a backpack - these are perfect. They also appreciate the pockets on front to keep pens and pencils, as well as index cards.Currently, these are out of stock everywhere. I hope they aren't discontinuing this product, because it's brilliant, and there is NOTHING else like it out there! I've tried all the things, and this is the only non-bulky solution!

First I want to say that my vision is very, very bad. I have a very hard time reading the descriptions of the products. So when I saw that there was a video 9g the product . So I watched it and I thought it was going to be exactly like the one in the video. I was very excited because I was shopping for a ztrapper notebook so I ordered. In short the video is very misleading it should be a video of just the product being sold with no extras

We call this the important paper folder. Everything important (well, everything) that goes to or from school goes in here. One side is hard -- so it survives the entire year in the backpack and nothing gets crumpled. The velcro close means that nothing gets lost and it doesn't matter if it is shoved in upside down. It expands nicely - so it isn't bulging and useless just a few months into the school year. Multiple dividers give kids the opportunity to categorize their papers by class. Since it is still just a folder - they don't have to mess with opening and closing a binder to put their stuff away - so it is fast and easy and way more likely that they will actually use it. It is also relatively compact - so it doesn't cause the backpack to be bulging.Highly recommended if you have kids who simply cannot / will not use binders to organize their work. And if you have a teacher who militantly insists that everything must be in a binder - then you can stick this folder inside the binder. :)

I bought this for my daughter since she is starting middle school this year. She was really worried with all of the school supplies needed and books and all about being organized. This helped her to be more organized and she absolutely loved it. There is room to put pens and small things in it and it is not big and bulky. It fits perfect in her binder.

This is a very useful addition to any binder, making it capable of holding so much more. I love that it has 3 rings so it can go into any binder easily, and the multiple pockets (including a zippered pocket) will hold almost any school supplies you'd need or want. I highly recommend getting one of these to store extra stuff in binders.

Use on it's own to sort handouts and homework for each class. Pockets hold just the pencils and pens needed most for class. It is small and not "noisy" to carry or work with in class. Expandable pockets also fit single spiral notebooks. It is pretty sturdy but usually has to be replaced each year as pens tear though netting zip pockets.

My 7th grader used this for the entire 2010-2011 school year. It held up remarkably well and while it shows signs of wear & tear - we were planning on using it again this year until I found some on Amazon. It was so central to helping my son stay organized and prepared. This was the 1 item that he religiously carried from class to class. It always had pens, pencils & highlighters in the 3 front compartments (2 mesh with zippers and 1 pocket with velcro) and one of the file sections held blank paper - so he always had the basics with him. It gave him a place to store handouts from each subject and a back pocket that he used to store items that needed to be turned in throughout the day. When I purchased it at Office Max last year, it was the only one I saw there and I have never seen another one in a store since. I was relieved to find them on Amazon and have ordered 5 of them so my 5th grader can have one too and we have back-ups in case these newer models don't hold up as well.Thank you CaseIt for this great product!
