So far I love everything about this toilet. It's great! I like the night light - so I'm not fumbling around in the dark in the middle of the night. I like the auto-flush. I like the heated seat and warm bidet feature. Overall nice product. The contractor I stalled it without any issues! I really hope this toilet lasts because I cannot imagine living without it now.

Very nice smart toilet/bidet. It is basically a hands free toilet and reduces germs. Nice heated seat with a toilet pre rinse. Toilet lid was broken in shipment and the manufacturer sent a new one (free of charge) and literally took 5 minutes to change out. Great customer service, so good I bought a second smart toilet!

as of this writing I have had this for about 6 months and wanted to use it for a while since its kind of a pricey item, So far we have had no issues at all, my wife has wanted one of these for quite a while, I did a fair amount of research and decided on this one, features as well as user ratings played a big part in my decision.Turns out my wife loves it, it has all the features she wanted so I am happy too, money well spent as they say , happy wife happy life and all that.Now personally I am perfectly fine with a regular cheap old toilet, after 60 years I am set in my ways, and never saw a need for an upgrade, i get in do my business and then go about my day. And I dont really care much about washin and dryin of the undercarriage while i'm on the toilet, however, there are a couple of things that i really like about this fancy toilet, not the least of which is the night light and the automatic lid open/close, the automatic flush is great too but my favorite thing is the heated seat!The late night trips to the bathroom are way better than they used to be, you walk in and there is a dim light to guide you, as you approach the lids opens, and welcomes you to a comfortably warm seat, you do your business, go back to bed, the toilet flushes itself and closes the lid!And, I haven't been chewed out by the missus for leaving the seat up or the lid open in months!So yeah, its been great, installation was pretty straight forward and so far its been working perfectly!

The toilet could use a better manual: or perhaps I’m too old to catch on easily. Initially, I complained about no service via telephone or email. A day later I got a response to my email service request. Forget calling; use email. The remote works, as long as you tap quickly. Also, it appears that the toilet, like other computer based machines, does not accept a command while doing something else (such as wetting the bowl). The toilet is really a fun product. It salutes as you approach by lifting its lid, and waves goodbye as you leave by closing. The bowl empties very well, I think due to the pre-wetting. Auto flush also works, but in my case not every time. When that occurs, I use the remote. I still have auto flush to learn completely but each time I decipher an item in the manual, the toilet becomes more entertaining.

we replaced our old one with this smart toilet. The overall design is clean and modern, blending seamlessly with my bathroom decor. The bidet functions are effective and easy to use, enhancing comfort and hygiene. It comes with a pre-wetting function. When you sit down , it sprays the insides of the toilet so that your BMs and urine do not cling to the bowl. This is a must for those who are messy users. Overall I'm happy with the design, build quality and features of the unit.

It's ok, but flush force could be better. I have a different brand in another bathroom that flushes a little better due a better tornado jet. The siphon jet could also slightly stronger and wider to clear the trap more effectively. It does NOT even come close to the force of a Kohler pressure assisted toilet which I also have. Not to mention the Kohler had a 3 inch trap. These chines toilets only have maybe 2 1/2 inches, looks more like 2 3/8! So beware. Clogs are possible. Flush early and often! The bidet functions are great. Too bad the rest of the toilet could use better engineering. Installation is straightforward but very different than a standard toilet.
