I would never let my cat play with this ball. The pieces are barely glued on the ball. I feel like it wouldn't take much to get cut with the tiny little pieces. Definitely not worth the price I paid for it.

This thing arrived damaged not crushed, it was like reflective square pieces were falling off the side. I would really hate for my cat to get a hold of this and eat some of it. Be cautious. I wouldn't let this thing near my cat.

It was sent in a unpadded envelope, the styrofoam ball was dented.

Got one for my cat, but this is very clearly not a toy. It is just a christmas tree ornament, and very poorly made.

Thought this would be much smaller. Seems to be a styrofoam (or similar) core with mirror chips glued onto it. Mine came pre-damaged, but I can believe It would be long before the cat had it entirely ripped apart. Can’t say description was misleading but it’s really not appropriate as a cat toy, in my opinion.

I agree that this is a tree ornament for disco ball lovers. I can't fault that. I wouldn't call it a cat toy however. It it roughly the size of a softball and has the ornament nub on it that stops it from rolling freely. I've worked at an animal shelter for over 17 years and seen a very large variety of toys. This does not fit that bill. I was hopeful when I ordered it and disappointed, along with my cat, when it arrived. Going to give it away to a disco ball loving friend for their tree.
