I was really disappointed in this, since it has a solar panel I presumed it was meant to be used outside.Where the solar panel is housed, it doesn’t fit correctly (I tried returning the first one to see if I just got a defective one, but the 2nd was the same). So when it rained, it filled with water and ruined the light mechanism.

Our family runs a kitten/cat rescue and were fostering a family of kittens and their mama while a friend was in the process of moving. We sent the kittens for their spays and neuters - and of the three- one of them passed away after the surgery.I bought her a remembrance to put on her desk in the house - but I wanted something for where the kitten was buried.This is perfect. It is small and tasteful. It represents the idea of missing the kitten but will shine the light at night to remember the kitten by.It made me cry when I opened it and I know it will make my friend cry. But I think it will also bring healing to our hurting hearts.I recommend this to anyone who has lost a cat.

I got this solar cat memorial for my cat who recently died. It was devastating losing my sweet little boy so suddenly, and I wanted something to mark his grave. This little cat angel statue with its sweet sentiment and solar light fit on his grave nicely. My only complaint is that the solar panel is low on the back of the statue. I have to angle the statue in a way that the sun will hit it, and it looks awkward. If I didn’t want to use the light I could put the statue in a better spot.
