Should make it so kitty can see I had to cut wholes so she won’t freak out.. I use this to trim her nails so she won’t get scared and bite but she is small so even the small is kind of big

Cutting my cat’s nails is sometimes a huge pain in the butt when he’s in a mood, so instead of keep risking getting bit, I decided to try out this soft muzzle. It doesn’t work very well, it’s too soft and if your cat gets aggressive (like mine does randomly), he’ll have it off in 0.2 seconds. This defeats the purpose. It’s not safe.I tried it on regularly, and then also tightly—neither way works. He’s strong and has zero patience, and gets out of it in seconds.I’ll have to keep using the towel burrito trick to not get my blood drawn whenever he’s in a mood and I need to cut his nails. (-.-)

My previous muzzle would not fit my female Maine coon cats. It was also awkward to use. I bought this one and it fits well and is easy to put on. It covers their eyes which causes them to not struggle while I groom them and clip nails. They could breath easily as it has a hole for easy air exchange. It arrived early and was packaged appropriately.

It seems adequate to the task is was designed for I suppose. I wouldn't know for sure because every time I approached my cat with it, she ran away from my like I was an evil goblin.

My bulkier cat never was happy to get his claws clipped, this certainly made a difference in getting the job done. No bitting and less physical reactions.

This was definitely what I needed. It's easier to clip my sisters nails now and I don't have to worry about her cat nipping me! It's the perfect size and it's comfortable for the kitty. The cat seems to enjoy wearing it and stays calm the entire time.

I was finally able to trim my kitten’s nails without her biting me. After a few minutes of wiggling, she actually relaxed and just stayed still for me to trim her nails, made the process so much easier without losing fingers.

Our kitty is half feral and can occasionally be a bit on the wild side & unpredictable. She will not allow us to do anything to her without hissing, biting and snapping. Sometimes it’s necessary for us to clean her bum as she’s a long-haired kitty and occasionally pooh gets stuck to her fur in that area and we have to remove it by hand. Yuck! Where I wouldn’t say that she likes wearing the mask, she does tolerate it as long as I sooth-talk to her while she’s wearing it. The mask makes it possible for us to remove the pooh and clean her up. It allows her to breathe just fine, covers her eyes completely and appears to be as comfortable as something like this can be. We weren’t able to tell what size she actually needed so we bought two sizes and the larger of the two fit well.

My cat is 1 years old and when I tried trimming her nails with this muzzle after two failed attempts, it was evident that the muzzle is easily removable, but also she gets aggressive when it comes time for nail trim so that could have affected it, too.Her head is smaller and the muzzle doesn't give you much effort to adjust based on your cats head size, if your cat is small headed like mine you'll be subjected to just adjusting the velcro as "tightly" as you can, but I mean that doesn't even do much in this instance. 3/5.Not much use for it now, will just be taking her to the vet for now on where they can put "the cone of shame" on her lol.
