My kitten had to wear this for 2 weeks after a hernia surgery, it fits very well according to measurement's. Soft and the drawstring at the neck was a nice feature. The velcro closure is easy and fast and held very secure. The bum opening was large enough that we had minimal "accidental soiling". I ended up purchasing a second one of this after returning several others that were the wrong length.
