It is exactly as described. Super quiet and it’s very easy to handle. The cats love playing with the water, so I would advise to put a mat under it to help control water being everywhere.

This is my second fountain. The first I bought to encourage my cats to drink more. It worked well. My dog loves it too. The portability is great. Through the years I have tried many fountains, this one is by far the best.

I have been using this watering system for months for 2 cats and 1 dog. It is very durable. The battery lasts about 2 weeks before needing a charge. My pets love the fountain and drinking from the flowing water. It is easy to use and clean.

Je suis impressionné ! Auparavant, nous possédions de s fontaines de la marque Catit et elles n'étaient pas aussi robustes et perfectionnées. En outre, elles étaient difficiles d'entretien et tombaient rapidement en panne (pompes). À voir dans le temps, mais pour l'instant elle est géniale! Je recommande !

Update 10/7/24: Get a mat for underneath. The basin is very shallow and tends to lightly splash, it can also get a bit of condensation, and is easy for pet to splash a bit when drinking. My cat drinks of course as close to the edge as possible. It's just enough water that gets out that it's hard to notice until you see your floor warping, I've never gotten him a mat before as he's just a little guy and is not typically messy. I got a waterproof pet mat by Gorilla Grip also on Amazon for like $8 that is perfect. Not deducting any stars, I understand the design is intentional to help with whisker fatigue and better imitate a moving drinking pool, there's a reason people put those mats underneath water bowls in general.Absolutely no other issues. The stainless steel stays very clean, and it's extremely easy to clean overall, the plastic inside tray is completely smooth, no rough edges like other fountains I've had that accumulate hair and gunk. I'm very pleased with the amount the filter catches, just ordered a 12 pk. Overall fantastic little fountain, and I love the peace of mind that he'll still have fresh moving water if the electric goes out.*see last paragraph/rant if you're considering a Petlibro fountainSo far so good! Extremely easy set up, the simplicity of the design and parts should keep it cleaner than other models since there's less areas that could encourage any build up. Wish the inner part wasn't plastic but know that would make the model more expensive, at least the plastic is smooth unlike some that have ragged edges that catch debris. Perfect size for one pet or maybe two small ones that don't mind sharing. My cat walked right over to it and began drinking, he's had two other fountains and took about a week to warm up to both. He's had a non-electric gravity waterer for months now (see below) so I was worried there would be another warm up period. It's atheistically pleasing, I can hear it but it's kind of soothing. I do keep it plugged in because I'm horrible at recharging devices but I love knowing that if there's a power outage it will still operate.Got as a replacement for the $80 Petlibro Glacier fountain that worked right up until the first filter replacement (two months) where it quite literally stopped working, absolutely zero button/motion functionality and made a weird noise. Customer service was a nightmare. Contacted first through Amazon, after a brief reply walking through possible fixes (I had already tried these) I was directed to a customer service email address to contact. I contacted them via Gmail with all the requested information including a video and received an automated response saying "being reviewed by our dedicated support team we assure you that we will respond to your inquiry within 24 hours". I followed up four days later after not receiving a reply, I followed up again on day 7 stating I had provided all information and that a response from them was well outside of the assured 24 hour window. That finally got a response from a rep the next day saying sorry they had been sick (there's only one customer service rep on there "dedicated team"??). A few messages were exchanged, including another video request, before they admitted the product was faulty and they would replace literally just the mechanical part, but they didn't have one of those in stock. Which is weird because I could have easily have gone on Amazon and bought a completely new one, which I should have been sent in the first place after that three emails and a seven day response time. I was asked if I wanted to wait two months for the part or they could send me one of their other models, I very purposely got the Glacier because it was mostly stainless steel and their others are plastic and gimmicky. I opted to wait, I really hate waste and didn't want the other model. Took my address and everything and assured they would send out the part as soon as it was avaliable. After nearly three months I missed an email from them by three days asking to re-confirm my address, I responded that it was still correct and was informed that I was too late they were out of stock again. Why even ask for the address the first time if you're not going to use it. I was again offered another model or my money back. Leaving me with a useless unit to trash and no fountain. I did receive my money back quickly I guess. Anyway, just get something else besides Petlibro, you'll spend less money and probably get better service.

We've had the Feelneedy cat fountain for over a year and it has been one of my best cat purchases!We have 3 cats, one of which is diabetic, and another with thyroid issues. Both drink A LOT of water! Bowls were just not cutting it anymore. We love this fountain so much we just bought a second one for the upstairs.Set up: The fountain is SUPER easy to set up right out of the box. Give it a quick wash, soak the filter, fill it up and you're in business! Righ out of the box the pump had a decent amount of battery life as well.Cleaning: We used to have a Drinkwell fountain, and it had so many nooks and crannies it was so difficult to keep clean that we went back to the bowls. The Feelneedy fountain is super easy to clean with a regular kitchen sponge, and they include a spoolie (mascara wand) for the few smaller areas which are easy to clean. Don't forget to pull the small filter in the bottom of the pump out when cleaning it! It's easy to miss!Volume: We have three cats that drink a lot of water, we only can go a few days with out needing to fill it up.Settings/Battery: The pump can run on a continuous setting, intermittent, or motion activated. We run ours on motion activated, and it turns on quickly. The overall sound is gentle and quite relaxing. I generally keep the pumps plugged in so I never have to worry about charging them. We just went through a big move, and had them running unplugged for a few weeks and didn't need to charge them during that time.Overall our cats love this fountain, and we love how low maintaince it is! Cannot reccomend this one enough!

My last fountain was going on 3 years old and so I thought I’d find a few stainless steel one. I loved the price, ease of cleaning, the fact that it can be wireless, and has a light to show when to change the filter. The only issue I seem to be having is the sound of the water (not the motor itself, just the water flow) is so loud. I feel like I have a waterfall feature in my apartment. I’m not sure if this was user error setting it up or if there is a way to turn the water flow down. I can hear the water flowing into the reservoir, then can hear it dripping from cycling through the filter. I’m still trying to get my cats used to it and hope to change it from constantly running to just turn on when it senses their approach to help with the noise, but this is my only drawback. My last fountain (different brand) only got a loud water noise when it needed to be cleaned or refilled, but this one has been freshly cleaned and I’ve only used filtered water. It’s a win in my book, just wish it was more quiet.
