The Catit PIXI Smart Mouse Camera is compatible with the free Catit PIXI app. You can set the camera to work by motion detection in the selected areas that you want to monitor, such as by your cat’s feeder or drinking fountain. The camera uses infrared technology to produce high-resolution images in low light conditions, so you can continue to check in on your cat, even after dark.As the camera has magnetic feet, you can put it down anywhere you like using the metal mounting disc provided. Your cat won't be able to move the camera as easily, either. Posable in all directions, the camera can be stood up on its feet, rotated 360° horizontally and tilted to look up or down. Using the free Catit PIXI app, you can watch and record live footage and save adorable photos and videos to your smartphone’s camera roll or to a micro-SD card (not included).

4 stars because you have to buy the sd card separately in order for it to work at all. But this is a really clear picture, wide view and catches even small movements. I especially like the night mode that allows you to see clear picture even in the dark. I’ve had it for over a year and never any issues. It’s also pretty cute 🥰. I get a lot of compliments on it, but it also largely goes unnoticed.

I bought it not to long ago and it always looses connection randomly. You cant move the camera around which is inconvenient. And hard to connect with wifi. I bought 2 of these and am already looking to replace them…. I love their water fountains and is very disappointed with the camera.

Picture quality is good however the camera doesnt move as it might seem in advertisements. Its only static, therefore if you want something that moves, its not a good choice.

This a neat little camera, when used with the app, has helped me keep track of my furry friends while I am out of the house, traveling for business. I can not say the same for the rest of my Cait products, sadly.
