These little spoons are perfect for caviar, and they catch the light beautifully. Mother-of-pearl is way to go with this luxury dish, and the spoons are really delicate. I'm ordering another set of two because we're planning to do a 'caviar flight' party and try several different ones. The price is right!

The spoons look exactly like the picture. They come in a little translucent plastic case. They are made out of real shell so they’re very light and very pearly. Beautiful addition to my weird spoons collection.They are tiny, but that’s their purpose, they are made to pick up caviar. They will work for small desserts though.

These small serving spoons are absolutely beautiful! They are small, lightweight and the edges are smooth. They're perfect for serving jams, spices or caviar. These do appear to be real mother-of pearl as far as I can tell. Due to the natural materials, there are some minor variances between the two spoons, but they both appear very pretty and well-made.

Do I need caviar spoons? Probably not. I really just wanted these tiny, beautiful spoons. Real mother of pearl, not swirly plastic. These are really going to elevate my charcuterie boards. How fancy! The packaging is helpful. A little snap closure case with foam protective sleeves. At least giving me a better chance of locating them in a drawer when I want them. A subtle dip at the end gives you a natural grip should you be required to serve caviar in the appropriate manner with a dainty portion. I am very pleased with my spoons.

One was perfectly flat. The other was VERY bent, enough to arc over the other!Color variability is notable between the two spoons in the pair. One was far more yellow than the other.

If you want to make a meal or snack feel fancy, these are the spoons for you! Each spoon is made of mother of pearl. I can't honestly tell if this is the real mother of pearl, or manufactured, but it doesn't matter, because they are beautiful. The spoon bowls are shallow, small, and have rounded edges, so if you are using these to serve up caviar or some other delicate food item, the spoons won't crush or cut them. Food people, you know what I mean. I use these at the table to serve preserves, olives, and maraschino cherries. I feel like a millionaire when I see them on the table. I hand wash them.
