You get the bracket and instructions. The are no other parts (nuts, bolts, or washers). The bracket is not magnetic and therefore aluminum or aluminum alloy. It is labeled for fitment of the rear spare tire assembly mount of late model Wranglers. Simply remove the 3 bolts for your Wrangler spare tire assembly and insert this bracket into place, and reinstall the 3 bolts back into place. The top hole will provide a suitable mounting location for a myriad of different CB, 10 meter or other GMRS / ham radio antennas. Again, it's not magnetic, so no magnet base antennas will work here. It must be a bolt on base mount antenna.
