Love the foldable bucket rain hat in black patent. I've been searching for something like it for a while now. Fits me perfectly but, if someone has a smaller size head the inside drawstring will definitely help with a better fit. (I typically never have a problem getting women's hats to fit me well). I had to re-order the hat because the first one arrived with scratches and scrapes on the top. The second one arrive creased dow the middle on the top because of the way it was folded, and with a few small scratches. The hat is shipped folded in a padded envelope instead of a box so in transit I'm sure it is not well protected. I don't like buying an item NEW that arrives with scratches, scuffs &/or creases so just be aware of that if it too bother's you. I think for the price it needs to be better packed for delivery or they can reduce it $2-3. as I said I am aware when I fold it it's going to get creases but that should be up to me and the item should be immaculate when I receive it. If I'm going to receive it already creased with scuffs then they need to reduce it $2-3 or pack it in a box. I do recommend the hat however, as it looks nice and fits well.

We have had atmospheric river rains in San Francisco presently. The hat did it job of protecting me from the rain, fits well and adjustable and does not blow off in the high winds. Many a hat has been lost while riding the cable car but this one stays on. Many people have stopped me on the street inquiring about where to get the hat as a good one is hard to find.

This is a great rain hat and when the rain has stopped you can take a fold it up and put away for the next rainy day.

I have a small head and this does not fit snug. Can not wear in the wind as it will blow off. disappointed.
