When To Replace a Rectifier:
Voltage output dropped significantly, car lights were not bright.
Some unusual sounds when you started,low ignition efficiency of throttle.
There is clutter interference, and the sound quality of car for Audio system is poor.
The charging indior on a car, truck or S shows a lower output than normal.
Vehicle engine jitter, rough shifts, idle speed and low efficiency of vehicle air conditioning.

Do not waste your money. Cheap connectors, cheap wires, and bad circuitry. About 200 miles in, the voltage output started to drop. Checked and found that one of the 3-phase input wires from the stator had heated up and melted. Replaced with an Electrosport Regulator, which works like a champ. Save yourself the headache, and get the better component from the beginning. You won't save money with this piece of junk.
