Not for big headed folk. I've got a big noggin and finding a well fitting helmet is hard. I was hoping this would fit but it has very narrow build and pressure points on the temple. Unfortunately for me I couldn't wear it and had to return. But it's a decent beginner helmet or for weekend hockey use. If you need a big helmet get the Bauer 155, you can adjust the size completely and it's the best helmet I've ever found. But beware, it'll cost you a bit.

Great helmet, it's like having a cloud on your head. Although the chin strap was scratchy, so I put Hockey Tape on it, and it was good to go. I recommend buying it, as a gift or for yourself.
