Product Description

1

  • Bore and Stroke: 52mm x 40mm
  • Iron Sleeve Cylinder
  • Cylinder inner diameter 52mm;

2

  • Cylinder inner diameter 52mm;
  • Piston outside diameter 52mm;
  • 8mm front and rear mount studs;
  • The alum converter of manifold intake with stud spacing is 47mm

3

  • Piston outside diameter 52mm;
  • the stud spacing on 110cc is 40mm which is compatable with all brand new 2 stroke with 40mm stud spacing of intake manifold

4

  • Fully attention on screwing cylinder to the end bottom,DO NOT screw M8 bolts tightly that maybe cause drill through the end bottom so add some gasket or washer on head is better way to prevent it happen

5

  • Attention on piston ring if put the piston out of cylinder, the piston rings are weak, better with right way install piston kit to cylinder

6

  • Clear up the cylinder transfer ports before assembling maybe some rough clip inside which maybe break off and cause the jamming of pistons and cylinders

  • Fit for most type 26” and 28” wheeled bikes with V-frame, such as mountain bikes, road bikes,cruisers, choppers.
  • The frame should have 9-11" of clearance between the bottom bracket and top bar, and the outside diameter of the frame downtube should be between 31.8mm to 42.5mm (around 125" to 1.67”).

The ring locating pins are missing. The locating pins prevent the rings from spinning. There are holes in the piston where the locating pins should be. The bearings inside engine are filled with grease and metal shavings.

Es una experiencia desagradable aparte de que. El motor es bastante caro no viene con kit completo solo es el motor y llega estropeado quebrado y en muy malas condiciones y lo peor de todo que no se puede debolver. O cambiar

So these motors need to be cleaned internally and ported, piston needs skirt trimmed. But with a new carb and a better pipe the thing is a monster!Also, everyone please stop saying it’s not 110cc. China and the USA measure displacement differently, every bike motor that is an 80cc is a 66. 100cc motors are 80cc and this is 84.9cc as expected. That part is not a scam however this is not a plug and play motor. If you enjoy tinkering it’s a good choice! Also check your head gasket for being centered as it seems some people have blown their motors without checking.

The cylinder wall is coated in machining dust. There is no cross hatch. The cylinder has a chunk missing from the transfer port. The other transfer port has a chunk added to it. The transfer timing is about 60 degrees at bottom dead center.The stroke is only 38mm. They lied to us AGAIN!!!

Arrived with a cracked fin on the cylinder head due to zero packaging material used within the shipping box. Also the spark plug hole clearance isn’t sufficient for your average socket to fit the plug and still turn. So, if you don’t mind a little dremel work and fooling around with things like adding Loc-tite to all the bolts and studs, you’ll like the motor. Be careful to check that the head gasket (stamped from a thin sheet of aluminum) has not shifted and restricting full travel of the piston to and from the very top of its stroke. I just used my dremel tool and re-ground the inside dimension to 52.5mm and then polished it using 600 grit sandpaper to ensure there were no burrs nor other foreign material that could prevent a nice tight seal and still make room for the piston coming up and into its maximum stroke. Had I not checked this and fired it up I am sure the connecting rod would have jammed an failed catastrophically. So, if you have the time to spend going over a small motor and making a few small mods, this will be a fine engine for you. If you expect to bolt this thing on and just smash the throttle, this is not the motor you are looking for. Another thing I want to mention is the clutch cable guide that is threaded into the right case casting. The damn thing is beyond too short to prevent a kink in the clutch cable where it sits down and behind the cylinder jug. I just used another I happened to have in my parts box that was half an inch taller and that worked just fine. After getting it onto the bike and taking a few test laps with it I think the carb off the old machine is simply too small and will be replacing it with a larger carb of different design. It just seems to be struggling to breathe with the smaller old one. And, if the choke even closes a tiny bit the engine stalls. Will try and update this after the break in period and will share the true results/impressions.

If you go to RDM Manufacturing they have a full-scale review on this product the bottom in is done real nice but the top-end is garbage it doesn't work it the transfer reports on the side or 80% closed so the motor will not run it for a potential

The transfers are barely open when the piston goes all the way down thus starving this engine not allowing it to run. This is definately a screw up from China. DO NOT BUY!!!!!
