I regret buying this fan. I've bought one more fan from a different company but it's the exact same cheap Chinese design. The light is insanely bright and only dimms down to 10 percent when in reality it's actually blinding. I've installed hundreds of fans and the design on this is totally cheap garbage. There's this giant WiFi and Bluetooth module that you have to stuff into the housing where you terminate the electrical but good luck trying to stuff it in there if your ceiling isn't perfectly flat. The whole idea of the down rod is to be able to hang the fan on any kind of ceiling but this was not designed for vaulted ceilings. I had to run the wires and install the giant module in my attic space to get it to work. Trust me. It's not worth the hassle.

Looks great - works great. Yes, it's inexpensive but once up you really can't tell the blades are plastic. Very happy with this purchase. This fan moves the air - unlike the old one that I paid more money for.

I love this fan. I had it installed and I have not connected WiFi because the remote is fine. It's beautiful. The light is small but the settings are nice. I like the pinky hued light along with two lamps for a cozy feeling. It's beautiful. It's keeping me comfortable with AC set at 79 to save money during this 97 degree, 87% humidity day in ol' Augusta, GA. The price is incredible. I'm going to buy another one when my new patio cover is installed. I wish it came with a 24 inch downrod, but the 18 inch is okay. I like the 6 fan speeds and I can use all 6. I noticed my Poodle's hair moving at different speeds, so maybe it has the breeze function. Whatever is causing the breezy feeling, I LOVE IT! It feels natural. I'm hard of hearing, but I believe it's very quiet. It came with two shims, but not needed. No wobbly even at highest speed. Did I mention I LOVE. LOVE This fan?Update. The customer service has gone above expectations. My puppy destroyed my remote. They replaced the remote at no charge! I will buy more from Boosant.

Easy to assemble and install. Everything works great. I did paint the light dish because it was that horrible gold/bronze color. It's extremely quiet and creates alot off wind.

My husband and I got the wood one for our room and the white one for our daughter’s nursery. They are modern, super cute, and have great settings! 6 dif speeds (level 1-2 is plenty for a room with ac), and 3 dif light settings (warm, neutral and bright white). The light easily lights up a room. The remotes easy but the app works great so I’ll probably just use my phone. Can’t comment on install as we had someone hook them up for us
