This phone stabilizing gimbal is full of great features, if you can figure out how to use them. It has a companion app that isn't the best, but it was easy enough to pair with the gimbal and use. The gimbal is mostly able to hold the weight of my giant S25 Ultra, but if I do too much movement, the phone does slowly pull the gimbal down. The holder can hold most phones with a reasonably thin case, but if you have a thick case it likely won't be able to hold it safely, so note that before buying. The stabilizer has an extending arm and a base that keep it sturdy on a flat surface, making this great for all sorts of uses! Overall, I'm happy with this and find it useful, but at $75 when writing this review, I do wish it were a little easier to use!

Gimbal is really solid and works smoothly. I like the range of filming modes and app runs well. Overall feels like it packs in a lot of value for its price.

This is a great gimble, but the app is a little confusing. There are a lot of functions, just need a fair amount of time to explore and learn them. I recommend this product, but pack your patience.

I'm new to gimbals and bought this one mainly to film my dogs and horses outside. The 3-axis stabilizer with its built-in extension rod (7.8') has been really useful - I can get good wide shots of my animals running around without having to chase after them constantly. The AI tracking is honestly the best part. After I set it up with the app (pretty easy), I just point at what I want to follow - like my bulldog being ridiculous or my horse trotting - and it tracks them automatically. This saves me so much hassle when I'm trying to handle animals and film at the same time.I like all the hand gesture controls too. There are lots of options, and I can start/stop recording without having to touch my phone, which is super helpful when I'm out with my pets. The video comes out really smooth, even when I'm walking on rough ground. No more shaky footage! This gimbal works great for me as a total beginner, but it seems like it would be just as good for someone making more serious videos. If you film outdoors or have pets you want to capture in action, this thing is definitely worth getting.

This is a valuable tool if you want to get more serious with your phone photography and obtain more professional results. This 3-axis gimbal does an excellent job at stabilizing your footage and offers a variety of different modes depending on the type of video you are trying to capture. You can use the gimbal right out of the box but will need to pair it to your phone with Bluetooth so that the shutter button, etc., on the gimbal functions. That being said, there is also an Aochuan app to download which unlocks the full feature set of the gimbal with all of its controls and modes. This app adds a significant amount of functionality from many advanced photography settings, zoom and focus controls, various effects, and several different auto-tracking modes and gesture controls. There are quite a few controls on this gimbal which aren’t very intuitive and have a bit of a learning curve. Most of the buttons have multiple features linked to them depending on if you double-tap, triple-tap, hold, etc. It would definitely be beneficial to spend a few minutes with the manual ahead of time or watch the tutorial videos inside the app to familiarize yourself with it before using. The gimbal includes a screw-on tripod which is very handy in combination with the tracking/gesture controls and can also be folded and used as an extended handle. In addition, the gimbal has a telescopic rod which can extend the phone up to 8” further away from the handle which adds versatility for selfie-type shots or to reach higher, etc. It’s a great device that works very well and I don’t have any major criticisms with it, but there are a couple of nitpicks. When unboxing the gimbal, the first thing that I noticed was a very strong chemical/plastic scent to it that is a bit off-putting. I’m hoping this will dissipate with time, but for now, it does have an unpleasant odor to it which is rather odd.The marketing page promotes in several areas that it has an “OLED” screen, which seems misleading. The display does not have pixels like an LED or OLED display. The display area has symbols that are baked in and locked to specific locations, which it just lights up when needed…kind of like an old-school LCD display but with color. There’s nothing wrong with that as it delivers the info it needs to, but I think the marketing is misleading and trying to imply it is a more advanced display than what it really is.This is also reflected by the battery meter on the display. The battery symbol is a battery with 4 bars in it. You would expect the bars to go down one by one as you use it, but it isn’t precise like that, and the display isn’t capable of showing that. The battery icon doesn’t change and simply goes from green to red when the battery gets low, and that’s it.The claw that grips the phone could be improved a bit. I have a fairly slim case on mine, and you have to make sure that the claws’ tips are securely wrapped around the edges as they are just plastic and can at times slip a little bit. I haven’t had any issues with the phone falling out, but the grip doesn’t feel quite as secure as other various phone holders/clamps that I’ve used.Overall, this is a well-performing gimbal with a lot of functionality aside from just stabilized video.

It is very easy to use. It does require the app to download if you want to use it to its full extent, but it's not really that big of a deal if your phone's got a good camera (which is most of them these days). The trigger to reset the gimbal to its starting position is awesome and not something you typically see on gimbals. It's very light, so you won't strain your arm if you hold it up for an extended period of time. It does extend like a selfie stick, so if you're trying to get video of something and someone's blocking your view, it's great for that. I personally prefer to use it at its base height because it's better for controlling zoom and focus, but it's nice that it's there. Overall, it's a great product and I highly recommend picking it up if you're going to be doing video shoots and don't want to use a regular camera. Please don't forget to download the app because the features like focus and the record button on the gimbal won't work on your regular phone camera app.

If you're looking for an excellent motion tracking and stabilizing gimble then this is a super affordable option compared to the really expensive brand and there are a ton of features, The gimble handle also extends so you can use it like a selfie stick or a tripod extension. There is also a mini tripod included. I'm super happy with this as a starter gimble for the kids to do school projects and such.

This is a great little gimbal, but dont be fooled like me. I thought you could control the extension via the gimbal, but in reality it is just a standard push pull extension rod. You can't move it up and down with the wheel or anything. That said, the gimbal is great. You can use it with the default iOS camera app, but you lose some features. The wheel zooming in and out, the manual focus with the wheel of course, some of the other buttons too. If you use the manufacturer's app, everything works. It is very clearly not the most cared for app in the world though. Menus are all cut off, the text is weird, the whole thing is very much a rush translated job and it shows. But the gimbal. It works very well. It is stable, it moves quick, it does everything you could want. All the modes, the trigger on the back to quickly reorient the gimbal, the extra S mode to move the camera extra quick. All great. USB C chargeable, great. The thing is as good as a gimbal as anything by DJI, but you lose out on software. The software is not as good, it is quite annoying. What I have loved doing, is doing a very smooth zoom out shot with the wheel. But the wheel doesn't spin, it doesn't ramp down, so you spin, anti stops suddenly, it takes a lot to do a long zoom out and to have it smooth. It could be better, but for quick zooms it is great. the manual focus shift with the wheel is the same, the precise control here is better, you wouldn't want a ramp down here, and so this works great.Of the various modes, I prefer the locked mode, and to use the little joystick to adjust the orientation. I have used it form everything from filming to linking my phone to my Mac and taking video calls. It works great. The little tripod is great too, really great little foldable tripod. With better software on iOS, this could be the best gimbal, but in its current state, it is merely a good gimbal.
