Had the boots for not a month and they split. My horse was in his stall most of the time so they weren't running out side in tge field. Very sad that they did last longer

After looking for many bell boots for my horse, we tried a Centaur medium and it was slightly too small. I decided to order one size up. First of all it was too large around the ankle, but I found a way to shorten the velcro and overlap the rubber ends a little to make it work. However, in one month both bell boots fell apart. The velcro got pulled right off of the rubber. I wasn't even able to ride this month so it wasn't like he was cantering and jumping with them one, just out in the field. Horrible durability and just overall poor size increments. Will not be buying again.

Work well and last quite a while. I ave one horse that clips her own front feet. This keeps her injure free. I haven another horse on front shoes and he keeps his shoes on with these bell boots. Highly recommend

I like them and am ordering another pair today. (The velcro is pulling off one boot so it is only a matter of time.) I am using large boots on a horse that should wear a medium, so perhaps there is undue stress on that spot, but I think it is just the nature of wearing velcro boots in mud and there's a lot of that in the Pacific Northwest. The PVC itself is in great condition, no tears or nicks, a great weight and I feel my horse's hooves are protected from overreaching. I initially used these on a TB and now they are on a Morgan, so they've probably had about 6 months of regular use before getting to the point they are at now. I have very good velcro protection habits, don't pull on it as much as possible while taking them off, so I'd say this is the best lifespan I can expect in these conditions. I am happy with them, saves me the back-breaking hassle of pull-ons, and at this price I don't mind replacing them twice a year.
