The emergency brake shoes must be larger in some dimension that causes interference with rotor reinstallation. At first, I thought it was the Centric rotor I replaced at the same time, however, with emergency brake cable loosened at the brake handle and the shoe adjuster screwed all the way in, even the old rotor won't fit. I ended up ordering and installing OEM shoes even though they were far more expensive. The pictures show the story of the Centric Shoes are too thick compared with OEM. The OEM shoes were a perfect fit. If you're an 2005 AWD Element owner, buy at your own risk.

Didn’t have any fitment or installation issues whatsoever. Friendly heads up though… don’t disassemble both sets of brakes at the same time. Just do one first and use the other for reference if needed. Hopefully the last person to do the brakes left you a correct installation to pattern. :)

The brake material is too thick. After trying multiple Brands, the only aftermarket brand that fits is from O'Rielly's called "BrakeBest Select Brake Shoes." It fits just like OEM.

These matched up to my original e brake shoes but the padding was too thick causing the rotor to not be able to slide over them. Needs to be shaved down. Wish they would have fit.
