These pads are very well made. The price is pretty low for how thick they are, as they can absorb alot of power even from large adults. I've seen these at my dojang and they lasted for years.

Bought this for my kids to practice karate at home. It's the same brand used at the dojo. It's sturdy& well made. I'm certain it'll last for years at home with only 2 kids hitting it as it goes through multiple classes per day at the dojo.

It is exactly as described. Works very well for practicing hand and foot blows. Training the move is important but targeting the strike and getting used to the feel of hitting something is critical.
