The one I got looked like it had already been used. Can't hear the water. Weak and really not that impressive.

I was really looking forward to the arrival of this product. I knew as soon as I picked up the package that there was damage inside. Despite the external box being in tact, it did look a like it had been squashed. There was no indication on the outside of the the box that a fragile item was inside. Perhaps this would have saved the item from the damage it sustained. Hopefully I will be able to get a replacement. I tried to upload a photo but it would not work.
