I’m sorry but they are flat out lying about this being ceremonial grade matcha. This matcha tastes like water compared to other ceremonial grade matcha I have had. And most of the other ones I use only half a teaspoon per cup. This I use two to get any sort of aroma or flavor. I honestly hardly taste this matcha. I have had matcha all over Japan and bought several brands here in the US. While I’m not a matcha expert I can assure you this is not up to par with other brands.

I feel healthier every time I drink this matcha. It has a good strong matcha taste and is vibrant green in color. I’ve bought others that were cheaper and in macha’s case you get what you pay for

This is a good quality tea, it tasted really good mixed with barista oat milk! I just wish this came with the tea already in the metal container and not rolled up in a bag, because it was very annoying trying to get the bag out and pour it into the container without making a mess. There are no instructions anywhere on the package, so I just ended up using 1/2 tsp in 8oz of oat milk and it turned out fine. $15 for 1g of ceremonial grade powder is a good deal, so I recommend this to anyone who enjoys green tea! This stuff is really good, it would probably also be a good addition to smoothies or other blended drinks.

I drink matcha fairly regularly and I've had some good ones and some absolutely terrible ones - this one outclasses them all as being an amazing matcha! It is so smooth and light compared to what I'm used to that I'm almost embarrassed to have waited so long to try this. It's a little spendy, but worth it as a treat to yourself.

I've never used a Ceremonial grade matcha before. Most of the match I've gotten has been the cheapest stuff available as my primary use for it is mixing it into protein shakes to make protein Matcha Lattes. So that's how I used this as well. I mixed two teaspoons of this into 12oz milk and 1.5 scoops of vanilla protein powder. It blended very easily as most matchas do. However the strong bitter/astringent aftertaste of the matcha wasn't there at all, it almost left me wondering if it even had much flavor as that is usually one of the main flavor components. But after drinking many sips, the matcha flavor was definitely there and built up. It just lacked the astringency. That must be one of the major differences between cheap powders and ceremonial grade powders like this. The cost of this is quite high, but there's definitely a huge difference in flavor. If you really enjoy matcha but don't want that bitter ending that cheaper powders give you then definitely try a ceremonial grade like this one. Ultimately the price is still much cheaper than buying one when out - so if you enjoy it you can definitely justify the price for a quality drink like this.
