Bought to use for a true 13 pin connection, turns out pin 13 is actually feed to the ground shield which for many things renders it useless. Only found this out after removing the ejected rubber on 1 end and found the pin grounded. A note in the description of this would have saved me $18

If you plan on cutting this to make one of the ends something other than 13 pin, be aware the whole thing is THICC and for some reason the insulation for pins 2, 3, and 4 is extra thicc without actually being a heavier gauge. This cable is well made and the connector ends are potted, I took it apart. For that I gave it 5 stars. It wouldn't work for a guitar synth because Pin 13 is at ground potential and for a guitar synth cable, it shouldn't be. So it appears to be a 12 conductor cable with a ground shield. Guitar synth cables a 13 conductor with a ground shield.Oh well, was worth the try.

I bought this cable to use with Boos GP-10 and Godin Multiac. It does not work at all. No sounds, only hiss. Lucky I have more than 1 Godin and more than 1 cable. I did all the tests. The post is not super clear that it does not fit sound equipments. Anyway, I want my money back or a good cable.
