Purchased this for my Monte Carlo, but unfortunately it won't work as the Monte requires a special type of flasher module. I did however try it in a friend's car and it works just fine.It does seem fairly cheaply made, and I can't say how long it will last, but it does work. It also has a little dial knob on top of it that will change the flashing speed, which is something I've never seen on a flasher relay before.

I ordered this flasher because I changed my turn signal bulbs to LEDs. Since they draw much less current, the original flasher made them flash 180 times a minute, which is much too fast.This new adjustable flasher looks well made except the adjustment stalk is crooked as shown in the photos. It doesn’t seem to affect the performance of the flasher, but suggests other unseen design or manufacturing flaws may exist.The flasher plugged into my existing Subaru connector easily and held on tight enough so that it didn’t need the latching mechanism of the original. It was also easy to glue it to my existing bracket, although I could also have use a zip tie to secure it.The SAE standard flash rate is 60 to 120 flashes per minute, with 80 said to be ideal. With the adjustment centered and using my LED bulbs, the flash rate was 77. I could adjust it as high as 115 and as low as 57. That should cover most any application other than all incandescent bulbs.I’m happy with this very affordable, adjustable flasher.
