After some difficulty with DHL delivering the cutter to the wrong address and DHL having much internal confusion locating my package, the honest person who had the package drove across town to give me the cutter. I had initial concern with Great Wall Instruments not being involved in the issue but that was totally my fault for not understanding the situation. In fact they were willing to send me another cutter. Great Wall Instruments was extremely courteous and helpful throughout my ordeal . We will be using this cutter at county fairs to raise money for charity. The nice thing about the cutter is that it is automatic. With the flip of a switch the potato is pushed into the cutter and then the mechanism turns off. Flipping the switch back returns the cutter to the original position. This sure helps reduce the work load when cutting hundreds of potatoes.

This machine is great to have to sell potatoes on a stick. It’s very convenient and compact.
