For those who don't know, most manufacturers of boxes, chests, etc. with cheap locks and camlocks will put a lock that has the same key as the other10000 of that same item they made. Unless you change your lock, you have the same key as your neighbor.I got this so, when I'm working as an RV tech, I have a chance of having the right key for anyone who has lost theirs. If so, I can at least get them back in the space without damaging anything, then let them make the decision of whether to replace the lock or not.In the RV space, between this and the CH751 key, you have at least a 50/50 chance of opening it for them, unless they had previously changed the lock.

The keys are supposed to be CH501... I bought these as replacement keys for my truck bed tool box, they didn't work!I then bought replacement locks with keys from Amazon and was just going to replace the cylinders! Once the cylinders showed up, I realized that they are also stamped CH501, I compared the new lock cylinder keys to the replacement keys, the cut was off/different! I went outside and tried the new lock cylinder keys on my tool box and they worked flawlessly!! Do not buy these keys, they are not the correct cut, they will not work!!
