You much have to have a big horse for this thing to work. Good thing we had a leather punch with us but even then had to hook it on the far hooks and not the ones it was designed for.

The part that goes under the tail is very thick and is uncomfortable for the horse. It's so thick, my horse, who's used to wearing a crupper, won't wear it at all. She bucks the entire time she has it on.
